We are currently hiring for the position of a Professional Prepper/ Painter in Calgary, AB for our company.

Job Description
As a Professional Painter at Baldwin & Co. Painting and Finishing, you will be responsible for providing high-quality painting services to our clients. Your tasks will include surface preparation, painting, finishing, and ensuring the highest standards of craftsmanship. You will work on a variety of projects, including interior residential, cabinet refinishing and commercial properties. This position may also require prepping kitchen cabinets at our paint shop.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, masking and sanding
- Apply paints, stains, and finishes using brushes, rollers, and sprayers.
- Ensure precision and attention to detail in all work performed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines.

Who We Are Looking For?
- Previous experience in painting and finishing is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Physical stamina and ability to work on ladders and scaffolding.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
